Registration

All qualifying teams must register by Friday, May 3rd.  

Registration fee is $100 per person and payments are required by Friday, May 10th. 

We encourage each team member or faculty advisor to fill out their own registration form through Eventbrite. However, teams can complete registration as a group for a single checkout, if necessary. Teams may also send in a single check for registration if desired. For this option, we recommend each participant fill out their own registration form and select “pay by check.” Checks should be mailed to the address provided below, and they must be received by May 10th, 2024. Please include the school name and each individual team member. 

Through the Eventbrite registration portal, you can add on tickets for the Social Event, an On-Campus stay, or extra Banquet tickets. For more information on these add-ons please follow the respective links or find more information on the Eventbrite registration. Lunch on Saturday and Banquet tickets are included in student and advisor registration. Extra banquet tickets are only necessary for spectators if they plan to attend. 

If you are a student or a faculty advisor, please use the following link to sign up. Student and Faculty registration includes a competition t-shirt, a swag bag, a lunch ticket for Saturday, and a banquet ticket. For each registration, the following will be required: name, email, cell phone number, school name, school level, team role, T-shirt size, gender, and dietary restrictions.

Judge registration includes a judge's polo for the day of the competition, lunch on Friday, lunch on Saturday, and an awards banquet ticket. If you would like to attend the awards banquet, please select a ticket through registration. For registration, the following will be required: name, email, cell phone number, T-shirt size, and dietary restrictions.

Please use the following link to the Eventbrite registration. Volunteer and bridge marshal registration includes a T-shirt and lunch on the day of volunteering. For each registration, the following will be required: name, email, cell phone number, T-shirt size, and dietary restrictions.

* Bridge Marshals are also welcome to sign up for other volunteer shifts on Friday and Sunday. If you would like to do so, please select both a Bridge Marshal registration ticket and a Volunteer registration ticket. Separate sign-up links will be sent out to Bridge Marshals and other volunteers.
